We have experienced an issue when setting up an ACPR system with Sennheiser's TCC2. After an indeterminate amount of time, the reported coordinates will freeze and not update at all. This issue affects the Sennheiser Plugin, the ACPR plugin, and the Sennheiser Control Cockpit application.
The only known workaround is to restart the TCC2. Note that you cannot do this from the plugin - it must be done over TCP. You can do this by sending the following command, note that a whitespace is required after the command.

We have found success by using command buttons & the scheduler in Q-SYS administrator to restart the microphones between 2am - 4am. Make sure that your core is set to the right time!
