Before filling out the returns and replacement form, try these troubleshooting tips

If you have earphones with detachable cables, try your earphones with a new cable.
Earphone nozzles can collect cerumen (earwax), which can clog the earphone and lower the sound quality.
If you experience sound loss, check the nozzles for clogging before sending in the product. If buildup is observed, clean the nozzles using the supplied wax removal tool.
