The attached document is a guide on how to configure Q-SYS Softphones with Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM). This style of setup can be used when the Advanced feature does not meet the required number of Softphones. CUCM advanced configuration is limited to 8 extensions. A SIP trunk configuration will allow for an unlimited number of registrations.
